We gather twice a month in beautiful outdoor spaces throughout Sonoma County. Each gathering has its own rhythm, but you can always expect time to roam, play, discover, sing, move, observe, and connect.
Our meetups are donation-based. There is no cost to attend.

Your little one may run, sit, climb, observe, make noise, need to be held, breastfed, bottle-fed or want to go in an entirely different direction.That's okay.
Little Kin is rooted in child-led play, slowing down, connection over achievement, and respecting each child's developmental pace.

No. Little Kin regular meetups are donation-based and there is no required fee to participate.

No. There is no membership required. Simply find a gathering that feels right for you and reserve your spot.
What happens if my child isn't having a good day?
Come anyway.
Children are welcome to be exactly where they are. There is no expectation that your little one needs to participate in a certain way.
What if I don't know anyone?
That's part of why we're here.
You don't need to come with a friend. Little Kin is a place to meet other mothers and build community naturally, one gathering at a time.
What happens if it rains?
Because our gatherings are held entirely outdoors, we embrace the beauty of all weather conditions as part of the experience. There is something special about surrendering to the elements—feeling the crisp air, the warmth of the sun, or even the gentle rhythm of rain as it falls. Whenever it feels safe and appropriate, we welcome the chance for children to play in the rain, splash, and explore the natural world in its ever-changing forms. That said, participation in wet or rainy conditions is always at each parent’s discretion, and we will never gather in the case of storms or unsafe weather. If conditions require a change of plans, we will always send registered families an update with any necessary adjustments or cancellations.
Can I bring more than one child?
Absolutely. Little Kin is designed for young children ages 5 and under, and siblings are welcome.
